Back at it

Well I have taken a break from blogging, but Im back. School is back in full effect. This quarter I am taking Advanced Black and White, Design Principles, and Large Format camera skills. I am looking forward to learning more and more and showing my work!!

Final Four

These are the images I picked for my final four. I wish I would have taken a picture of them all mounted, but I was so tired last night that I forgot. Im so relieved that it’s over but it has really just beginning.

1st Quarter Stress

This is my final for multimedia ll. I had to create a video about my quarter at Gwinnett Tech.

Look at all Those Prints

So many prints. I went through so much paper trying to get my prints to match. I experimented with filters and learned so much by actually using them.

Final Critique

Hooray!!!! I made through first quarter. I had my final four critique today and it went really well. My prints came out good and my instructors like my work. My peers did an awesome job. Its really neat to see how far we have come since the first assignment.

More Stairs

More stairs Im getting a little sick of them by now. But this is one of my favorite shots. Its at a parking garage at Georgia Tech. The outside looks like a castle. I wish I had better light it was overcast that day. Unfortunately I couldnt use this for one of my final four because it didn’t match.

My boys

I love my dogs, Shinobi and Samson. They give so much inspiration. This past weekend I shot this, they look so regal. I would love to get some action shots of them. They are Great Danes, when they run they look like horses.

Downtown Duluth

This is city hall in Duluth,GA. Duluth is getting ready for X-Mas. Decorations have gone up and everything looks beautiful.

Swan House

So I was looking for places to shoot my final four , staircases, last week and came across this beautiful house. Its called the Swan house and its located in Buckhead. It was built in the 1920s and is part of Atlanta History Center. you can’t take pictures inside but I would still like to tour it.

Christmas time

My boyfriend, Gus family was over and they want me to take Christmas pictures for them. they offered to pay me and have a lot of ideas. Maybe I can reach out to other families that I work with and offer to take some holiday photos.
